I use the training of Thai Bodywork (massage) and Trigger Point Release to assist you in increasing flexibility and range of motion, reduction pain and tension, addressing specific issues, and calming the nervous system, while facilitating an overall balance of mind, body, and spirit. You will feel refreshed and rejuvenated with a sense of space opening, in both body and mind. I personally feel ecstatic after facilitating every session. I am also available for house calls.
