Mindy immediately fell in love with the practice of yoga. She felt the powerful effects on her mental and physical body. She soon sought out to obtain her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification from the Cincinnati Yoga School. Mindy was determined to introduce and share the beautiful gifts that yoga brings into one’s life. She soon discovered that she had the ability to heal through touch and loving kindness. She furthered her education in Chicago, IL at the Thai Bodywork School of Thai Massage, receiving a Level 1, 2, and 3 certification. Mindy thoroughly enjoys helping each individual improve their overall well-being. She is a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner and plans to continue her education in order to deepen her knowledge and enrich people’s lives.
