Description: Since 1989 I have enjoyed a bodywork practice utilizing techniques common to Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Polarity, Sports Massage, "Trager-work," Hot Stone Massage and most recently Thai Yoga Massage. That being said, it is my belief that a good massage session is not an exhibition of technique, rather an exploration of how you live in your body and how we together can facilitate pain-free movement.
