Thai massage is a wonderful, relaxing, revitalizing treatment that can soothe aches and pains, restore lost flexibility and bring the body back to a state of balance. Treatments available include:

• Thai Massage: Thai massage is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor, and involves gentle stretching and pressure along energy lines to clear stagnation, improve range of motion, relieve pain and liberate energy. All stretching is done within the comfortable limits of each person - you do not need to be flexible to enjoy this treatment.
• Clinical Thai Bodywork: Clinical Thai Bodywork targets specific issues of pain and dysfunction. CTB uses principles of Trigger Point therapy, Thai bodywork and traditional Chinese medicine to analyze and treat pain. We have an impressive track record with our clients who come to us in pain.
• Thai Herbal Compress: This treatment combines traditional Thai massage with Luk Pra Kob, a warm herbal compress with wonderful anti-inflammatory benefits. The Thai herbs, including varieties of ginger, lemongrass, camphor, kaffir lime and other elements, are steamed in a cotton bag and applied to the body during a Thai massage.
