Mar 6 -- Mentoring Sessions Available

Mentoring sessions are available with Chuck to work on your bodywork skills and prepare for certification. These sessions are the best way to ensure that you are fully prepared for TBP certification, and also are a way to get training in working on specific muscles or clinical issues. Contact Chuck at chuck@thaibodywork.com to book a mentoring session.

Mentoring: (You have done 0 ). You are required to complete a minimum of 3 mentoring sessions. Mentoring sessions involve working on an instructor -- they will give you feedback and help you refine your work. We strongly encourage students to do a mentoring session early in their studies, after they complete 1 or 2 classes. Please email chuck@thaibodywork.com to arrange mentoring sessions. After each mentoring session, you should record your notes in the mentoring section below.

Received: (You have received 0 ). You need to receive 2 sessions from instructors and clinical apprentices as part of your certification. Sessions are at the appropriate rate and can be booked by emailing sessions@thaibodywork.com.

Student Sessions: Students who have completed 100 hours or more can fulfill this requirement by doing 12 or more sessions at the Thai Bodywork Clinic. You need to have student insurance from ABMP to begin student sessions. You may alternately be able to complete this requirement remotely for a fee.

Independent Practice Sessions: You will need to provide documentation of having given 30 sessions on your own to complete your certification. You can use the form available in your downloads or use your own form. We will return them to you.

Mentoring Sessions: Please record your dates and the feedback you received from the instructor.
